නෝර්වේ යුද අපරාධ ගැන හඬක්‌ නැත…
වසර ගණනාවක්‌ තිස්‌සේ කොටි ඝාතක සමාගම මියගිය ඝාතකයන්ව සමරමින් සිය සාවද්‍ය ශක්‌තිය පිළිබිඹු කළේ නොවැම්බර් මාසයේයි. එහෙත් පසුගිය නොවැම්බර් 2 සහ 7 වැනිදා ඇමරිකාවේ සහ බ්‍රිතාන්‍යයේ සිට ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට එරෙහි තවත් මෙහෙයුම් දෙකක්‌ ක්‍රියාත්මක විය. මින් එක්‌ මෙහෙයුමක්‌ වූයේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා ජනාධිපතිවරයාට එරෙහිව ලන්ඩන් නුවර පදිංචි කාසිපිල්ලේ මනෝහරන්, ඇමරිකාවේ සන්රයිස්‌හි පදිංචි කලෙයි සෙල්වි ලාවාන් සහ ඕල්ස්‌ටොන්හි පදිංචි ජෙයකුමාර් අයියදුරේ විසින් කොළම්බියා අධිකරණය හමුවේ පැවරූ නඩුවේ පැමිණිල්ල හා සිතාසිය මෙරට මාධ්‍යවල පල කිරීමට කොටි නීතිවේදී බෲස්‌ පෙයින් උත්සාහ කිරීමයි. ඊට සමගාමීව බ්‍රිතාන්‍යයේ චැනල් 4 රූපවාහිනිය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට එරෙහිව වෝ ක්‍රයිම්ස්‌ අන්පනිෂ් නමැති වීඩි යෝ පටය (War crimes – unpunished) විකාශනය කළේය.
ඉහත කී කොටි හිතවාදීන් වෙනුවෙන් පෙනී සිටි බෲස්‌ පෙයින් නමැති ඇමරිකානු නීතිවේදියාට මේ පැමිණිල්ල මෙරට මාධ්‍යවල දින හයක්‌ තිස්‌සේ පළ කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය විය. ඒ සඳහා ඔහු ජනාධිපතිට එරෙහි පිටු 17 කින් යුත් පැමිණිල්ලේ සිංහල පිටපතක්‌ ද මෙරටට එවා තිබිණි. මෙහිදී අත ඊසොප්ගේ වුවත් හඬ ෙ-කොබ්ගේ යන බයිබල් කියමන සනාථ විය.
කාසිපිල්ලේ මනෝහරන්ලාගේ ජනාධිපතිට එරෙහි නඩුවේ සිංහල පිටපත සහ සිතාසිය සකස්‌ වූයේ කොළඹදී බව මින් පැහැදිලි විය.
මෙරට අධිකරණය හමුවේ නඩුවක්‌ ගොනු කෙරෙන අයුරින් නීති පාඨ යොදා එය කොළඹදී සකස්‌ වී වොෂින්ටන් නුවර දොළොස්‌ වැනි වීදියේ පිහිටි බෲස්‌ පෙයින්ගේ කාර්යාලය වෙත යවා තිබේ.
ඒ අනුව බෲස්‌ පෙයින්ට දින හයක්‌ තිස්‌සේ මේ නඩුව සිංහල ජනතාවගේ අවධානය පිණිස මෙරට මාධ්‍යවල පළ කිරීමේ අවශ්‍යතාව මතු විය. ඒ සඳහා ඩොලර්වලින් ගෙවීම් කරන බවද කොටි හිතවාදී බෲස්‌ පෙයින් විසින් ප්‍රකාශ කර තිබේ.
ශ්‍රී ලංකාව ජනාධිපතිවරයාගෙන් ඩොලර් මිලියන පහක වන්දියක්‌ ඉල්ලමින් ගොනු කර තිබූ මේ පැමිණිල්ලට අදාළ සිතාසියේ මෙලෙස දක්‌වා ඇත. “මෙම කැඳවීම ඔබ වෙත නිකුත් කිරීමෙන් දින 21 ක්‌ ඇතුළත හෝ පෙඩරල් නීතියේ සිවිල් ප්‍රතිපාදන අංක 12 දරන නීතිය ප්‍රකාරව ඔබ ඇමරිකා එක්සත් ජනපදය, එක්සත් ජනපදයේ නියෝජිතායතනය නියෝජනය කරන්නේ නම් හෝ රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරියකු හෝ වෘත්තිකයකු වශයෙන් කටයුතු කරන්නේ නම් මෙය නිකුත් කිරීමෙන් දින 60 ක්‌ ඇතුළත පැමිණිලිකරුට පිළිතුරක්‌ ලබාදීම හෝ මෝසමක්‌ ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම සිදු කළ යුතුය.
මෙම සිතාසියෙන් පැමිණිලිකරු ලෙස දක්‌වා ඇත්තේ හිටපු ඇමරිකානු ජනාධිපති රීගන්ගේ නියෝජ්‍ය නීතිපති ලෙස ක්‍රියා කළ බෲස්‌ පෙයින්ය. බෲස්‌ පෙයින් නමැති කොටි හිතවාදී නීතිවේදියා යොමු කළ මෙම නඩුවේ මුල් පැමිණිලිකරු වූ කාසිපිල්ලේ මනෝහරන් නමැත්තාගේ පදිංචිය ලෙස දක්‌වා ඇත්තේ ලන්ඩන් නුවරයි. එහෙත් පදිංචි නිවසේ අංකයක්‌ නැත. වසර කීපයකට පෙර ත්‍රිකුණාමලයේ පදිංචිව සිටි මනෝහරන් රජයෙන් තමාට මරණීය තර්ජන එල්ලවී ඇති බව කියමින් කොළඹ බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය මහ කොමසාරිස්‌ කාර්යාලයේ සහයෙන් ලන්ඩන් නුවරට සම්ප්‍රාප්ත විය.
මොහු ලන්ඩන් නුවර අධිකරණය හමුවේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා ජනාධිපතිවරයාට එරෙහිව නඩුවක්‌ ගොනු කළේ නැත. එහෙත් ඇමරිකානු අධිකරණය හමුවේ නඩුවක්‌ පැවරීමට යොදා ගත්තේ ටැමිල්ස්‌ එගෙන්ස්‌ට්‌ ජෙනෝසයිඩ් නමැති කොටි හිතවාදී සංවිධානයේ නීතිවේදියා වූ බෲස්‌ පෙයින්වය.
කාසිපිල්ලේ මනෝහරන් වැන්නකුට බෲස්‌ පෙයින් වැනි අධික මුදලක්‌ අය කරන නීතිවේදියකුගේ සහාය ලබාදීමට මුල් වූයේ ඇමරිකානු කොටි ජාලයයි.
මෙකී පැමිණිල්ලෙන් බෲස්‌ පෙයින් දක්‌වා ඇත්තේ පැමිණිලිකරුවන් තිදෙනාගේ ඉල්ලීම් කොළම්බියා දිස්‌ත්‍රික්‌කය තුළ සිවිල් වරදක්‌ හෝ නොසලකා හැරීම මත පැනනගින බැවින් වගඋත්තරකරු වන (ශ්‍රී ලංකා ජනාධිපති) ක්‍රියා කිරීමේ පෞද්ගලික අධිකරණ බලය කොළම්බියා අධිකරණයට හිමිවන බවයි.
එහෙත් ඇමරිකාවේ තවත් නීතිවේදියකු වන ජෙරි පොන් පවසන්නේ ඇමරිකාවේ එක්‌ ප්‍රාන්තයක පදිංචිකරුවකු වෙනුවෙන් කටයුතු කිරීමට තවත් ප්‍රාන්තයකට අධිකරණයට බලයක්‌ නැති බවයි. කොටි ත්‍රස්‌තවාදීන්ට බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය සමාගමකින් ඩොලර් 22,000 ක්‌ වටිනා සබ්මැරීන් නිර්මාණය කිරීමේ මෘදුකාංග සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගුවන් හමුදාවේ කµSර්, මිග් ප්‍රහාරක යානා සහ එම්.අයි.-24 ප්‍රහාරක හෙලිකොප්ටර් යානා විකාශ කිරීම සඳහා “ස්‌ටේ්‍රලා” ගුවන් යානා නාශක මිසයිල සහ ජී.පී.එස්‌. මෙන්ම රාත්‍රිය විනිවිද පෙනෙන නයිට්‌ විෂන් උපකරණ මිලයට ගැනීමට සැලසුම් කිරීමේ චෝදනාව මත නඩු පැවරී ඇති මයිල්වාගනම් රාමගන් නමැති කැනඩා කොටි ඒජන්තවරයා වෙනුවෙන් පෙනී සිටින්නේ නීතිවේදී ජෙරි පොන්ය.
මයිල්වාගනන් පදිංචිව සිටියේ ඇමරිකාවේ බෙලේවු ප්‍රදේශයේ නිසා නිව්යෝර්ක්‌ අධිකරණයට ඔහු ගැන ක්‍රියා කිරීමේ අධිකරණ බලය නැතැයි ජෙරි පොන් දක්‌වා ඇත. (Mylvaganam’s attorneys had argued that

එසේ නම් ලන්ඩනයේ පදිංචිකරුවකුගේ පැමිණිල්ලක්‌ මත ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ජනාධිපතිවරයාට එරෙහිව ක්‍රියා කිරීමට කොළම්බියානු අධිකරණයට බලයක්‌ තිබේද? ඇමරිකානු කොටි විරෝධී ආරංචි මාර්ග දක්‌වන අන්දමට බෲස්‌ පෙයින්ගේ කාර්යාලය වෙත මෙරට හිටපු මාධ්‍යවේදිනියක්‌ යෑයි හඳුන්වන කාන්තාවක්‌ විටින් විට පැමිණ මේ සාවද්‍ය නඩුව ගොනු කිරීමට සහාය වී ඇත.
මෙකී නඩුවේ සාක්‌කිකරුවන් කීප දෙනකු ගැන ද සඳහන් කර ඇත. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ හිටපු ඇමරිකානු තානාපතිවරුන් වූ ෂවුන් ඩොනලි, පීටර් බර්ලේ, ඈෂ්ලි විල්ස්‌, ජෙප්රි ලන්ස්‌ටඩ්, බී.බී.සී. සේවය, ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ වත්මන් ඇමරිකානු තානාපතිනි පැට්‌රිෂියා බුටේනිස්‌ සහ සටන් විරාම නිරීක්‍ෂණ කමිටුවේ ත්‍රිකුණාමල නියෝජිත ආතර් ටුවෙයිටන් නමැත්තන් කළ ප්‍රකාශ එකී නඩුවට ඇතුළත් කර තිබේ. මෙම පසුබිම යටතේ බ්‍රිතාන්‍යයේ චැනල් 4 රූපවාහිනිය පසුගිය 7 වැනිදා ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට එරෙහිව සිය 2 වැනි මෙහෙයුම දියත් කළේය.
මේ මෙහෙයුම සම්බන්ධයෙන් චැනල් 4 හි ජොනතන් මිලර්, ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තවමත් ද්‍රවිඩයන්ට වධහිංසා පමුණුවන්නේ යෑයි යන තේමාව යටතේ ජාත්‍යන්තර ප්‍රජාව වෙත කියා සිටියේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා හමුදාව යකඩ කම්බිවලින් ද්‍රවිඩයන්ගේ පිටවල් පැලෙනතුරු පහරදෙන බවත්ය. (Sri Lanka still torturing Tamils)
ඒ සඳහා ජොනතන් මිලර් “නිමල් සහ මාරන්” යන අන්වර්ථ නම්වලින් හඳුන්වන බොරු සාකකිකරුවන් දෙදෙනකු යොදාගෙන තිබිණි. මිලර් නමැත්තා තවදුරටත් පවසන්නේ මේ දෙදෙනාට බ්‍රිතාන්‍යය විසින් දේශපාලන රැකවරණ දුන් බවයි. (The men I met have now granted asylum in the U.K) එසේම එම දෙදෙනා කොටි සමග සබඳකම් පැවැත්වූවන් බවද මිලර් තවදුරටත් දක්‌වා ඇත. (Both

චැනල් 4 රූපවාහිනියේ මිලර්ගේ ප්‍රකාශයෙන් සනාථ වන්නේ ඔහු වෙත ශ්‍රී ලංකා හමුදාවට එරෙහි ප්‍රකාශ කර ඇත්තේ හිටපු කොටි ත්‍රස්‌තයන් බවයි. මෙලෙස ශ්‍රී ලංකා හමුදාව ද්‍රවිඩයන්ට වධහිංසා කරන බවට මිලර් විසින් ප්‍රකාශ කර විනාඩි 10 ක්‌ ගතවීමට පෙර ලන්ඩනයේ ප්‍රිඩම් ප්‍රොම් ටෝචර් (Freedom from Torture) නමැති එන්.ජී.ඕ. සංවිධානය වධහිංසාවට ලක්‌වූ ශ්‍රී ලාංකිකයන් ද්‍රවිඩයන් 35 කගේ වෛද්‍ය වාර්තා යෑයි දක්‌වමින් ලිපි ගොනුවක්‌ එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ බලධාරීන් වෙත ලබාදීමට ක්‍රියා කර ඇත. මේ එන්.ජී.ඕ. සංවිධානයේ සේවය කරන්නේ ද්‍රවිඩ වෛද්‍යවරුන්ය. මෙවන් තත්ත්වයක් මැද නොවැම්බර් 8 වැනිදා චැනල් 4 රූපවාහිනිය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට එරෙහි සිය දෙවැනි සාවද්‍ය වීඩියෝ පටය විකාශනය කළේය.
මෙම වීඩියෝ පටය ද නිර්මාණය කර ඇත්තේ කිලිං ෆීල්ඩ් වීඩියෝ පටය සැලසුම් කළ කැල්ලම් මැක්‌රේ නමැති තක්‌කඩියායි. මෙවර නිර්මාණය කර ඇති වීඩියෝ පටය හඳුන්වා ඇත්තේ යුද අපරාධවලට දඬුවම් නැත යන්නයි. (War

වන්නි මෙහෙයුමේ අවසාන දිනවල සිදුවූ දේ ඇසින් දුටුවන්ගේ සාක්‌කි, ඡායාරූප සහ යුද අපරාධවලට සම්බන්ධ වූවන් ගැන මේ වීඩියෝ පටයෙන් පිළිබිඹු වන බව මැක්‌රේ විසින් පවසා ඇත.
මෙවර ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට එරෙහි වූ 2 වැනි චැනල් 4 වීඩියෝ පටය නිර්මාණය කිරීමට බ්‍රිතාන්‍යයේ අයි.ටී.එන්. රූපවාහිනිය ද සම්බන්ධ වී තිබේ. 2012 නව වසර ආරම්භවීමත් සමගම මේ සාවද්‍ය වීඩියෝ පටය විකාශනය කිරීමට කොටි කොන්ත්‍රාත්තුව මත ක්‍රියා කරන චැනල් 4 රූපවාහිනිය සැලසුම් කර ඇතැයි වාර්තාවේ. චැනල් 4 රූපවාහිනිය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට එරෙහිව තවත් වීඩියෝ පට නිර්මාණය කරන බව අපි මෙයට හෙළි කළෙමු.
මේ අතර කැනඩාවට ගිය ද්‍රවිඩ සන්ධානයේ නායක ආර්. සම්පන්දන් ටොරොන්ටෝ නුවර ශ්‍රී ඉයප්පන් කෝවිලේ ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේදී කැනඩා ද්‍රවිඩ ඩයස්‌ පෝරාව අමතා මෙලෙස ප්‍රකාශ කර ඇත. “අපි දිගු කලක්‌ තිස්‌සේ අරගලයේ යෙදී සිටියෙමු. එහෙත් ශ්‍රී ලංකා රජය අපේ අයිතීන් දීමට ඉදිරිපත් වූයේ නැත. රජය “යුද්ධය” දියත් කළේ කොටි සංවිධානය විනාශ කිරීමට පමණක්‌ නොව ඉල්ලීමක්‌ ඉදිරිපත් නොකරන ලෙස ද්‍රවිඩ ජනතාවට පෙන්නුම් කිරීමටයි. අපි ඇමරිකාවේදී රාජ්‍ය දෙපාර්තමේන්තු නිලධාරීන්, කොන්ග්‍රස්‌ සභිකයන්ව හමුවී කරුණු දැක්‌වූවා. අප ඉදිරිපත් කළ කරුණුවලට අදාළ සාක්‍ෂි පවා සැපයුවා. රෝහල්වලට ප්‍රහාර එල්ල කිරීම් සහ අපේ අය මියගිය අය ගැනත් කියා සිටියා. සම්පන්දන්ලා විදේශගතවී ශ්‍රී ලංකා හමුදාවට එරෙහිව ක්‍රියා කරන අයුරු සඳහා තවදුරටත් සාක්‍ෂි අවශ්‍ය නැත.
මෙහිදී ද්‍රවිඩ ඩයස්‌පෝරාව අමතමින් සම්පන්දන් තවදුරටත් පවසා ඇත්තේ අපේ අයිතීන් සඳහා වූ අරගලය තවදුරටත් ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන බවත් එම ඉලක්‌කය වෙත යැමට ජාත්‍යන්තර ප්‍රජාවගේ සහාය අවශ්‍ය බවත්ය.
සම්පන්දන්ලා මෙලෙස ශ්‍රී ලංකාව දෙකඩ කිරීමේ ස්‌වයංපාලනය ලබාගැනීමට විවිධ උත්සාහයන්හි යෙදෙන අවස්‌ථාවේ බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය කොටි ජාලයට රටින් පිටත ඊළාම් සංවිධානය නමැති ඇමරිකාවේ සිට ක්‍රියාත්මක වන ව්‍යාජ සංවිධානයේ අගමැති යෑයි හඳුන්වා ගන්නා විශ්වනාදන් රුද්රකුමාරන්ව පන්නා දැමීමේ වැඩපිළිවෙළක්‌ ආරම්භ කර ඇත. මේ සතියේ දිනෙක බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය කොටි ජාලය කළ ප්‍රකාශයේ මෙලෙස සඳහන් විය. “ද්‍රවිඩ ඩයස්‌පෝරාව රටින් පිටත ඊළාම් ආණ්‌ඩුව හා රුද්‍රකුමාරන් කවුද කියා අසනවා. ගතවූ වසර දෙක තුළ රුද්‍රකුමාරන් කළ දෙයක්‌ නැතැයි පැහැදිලියි. ඔහුගේ දේශන වැදගැම්මක්‌ නැහැ. ඔහුට නිසි තොරතුරු ලැබෙන්නේ නැහැ. විද්යුත් ලිපිවලට පිළිතුරු දෙන්නෙත් නැහැ. මොහු නායකයෙක්‌ නොවෙයි. ඔහු යායුතුයි. ද්‍රවිඩයන්ට මඟපෙන්වීමට ඔහු ක්‍රියා කරනු ඇතැයි අපි බලා සිටියා. එහෙත් රුද්‍රකුමාරන් මුළුමනින්ම පරාජිත වූවා. මෙලෙස බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය කොටි ජාලය විසින් රුද්‍රකුමාරන්ට එරෙහිව කැරැල්ලක්‌ ඇති කරන අවස්‌ථාවේ ස්‌විට්‌සර්ලන්තයේ කොටි ජාලය කම්පනයට පත්වන තීන්දුවක්‌ ස්‌විස්‌ පෙරඩල් අධිකරණය විසින් ලබාදී ඇත. මේ තීන්දුවෙන් කියා සිටියේ දේශපාලන රැකවරණ පතා සිටින ශ්‍රී ලාංකිකයන්ව ආපසු යවන ලෙසයි. ස්‌විස්‌ ආරංචි මාර්ග දක්‌වන අන්දමට 2010 දෙසැම්බර් මස අවසානය වන විට ශ්‍රී ලාංකිකයන් 2100 ක්‌ දේශපාලන රැකරණ ඉල්ලා අයදුම්පත් යොමු කර තිබිණි.
ස්‌විස්‌ ෙµඩරල් අධිකරණයේ තීන්දුවෙන් ජිනීවා නුවර සිටින නිදහස්‌ මාධ්‍ය ව්‍යාපාරික ජාලයේ හිටපු ප්‍රධානියා වූ රංජි මල්ලි ද බරපතළ ප්‍රශ්නයකට මුහුණපෑවේය.
ඔහු මෙතෙක්‌ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට එරෙහිව මෙහෙයුම් දියත් කළේ මේ ව්‍යාජ දේශපාලන සරණාගතයන් සම්බන්ධ කර ගනිමිනි.

The western Christian modernity (WCM) is in the last phase of its hegemony and is acting like an insane person. It has no respect for the sovereignty of the other countries as has been exemplified from invasions, killings and supporting so called rebel groups in the countries in Asia and Africa. The USA that became the leader of WCM after the so called second world war is trying desperately to hold to the hegemony of WCM. After more than five hundred years of world domination WCM will have to leave the planet without making the people suffer more and more. The so called postmodernism is nothing but an admission of the fact that modernism has failed with its abstract so called objective generalizations. When the postmodernists state that there is no room for meta narratives they simply state that it is not possible to generalize. In the language of computer scientists, if the western scientists admit the former to be scientists, they have to customize meaning that it is not possible to have general solutions to the problems. The social scientists who have followed the physical scientists blindly have finally realized that the general theories are not for them. Poor Marx who attempted to generalize history has failed miserably and the corridors of the academic world are now somewhat overcrowded with so called Post Marxists though this species cannot be found in the mundane political field. There is no wonder that all these poststructuralists, postmodernists Post Marxists are found in the academia, in the fields of literary criticism, feminism etc., but not in any practical political movement. Even the very few who attempted to follow praxis in politics in the pre Post Marxists era very soon found that they have no practice in politics.
What the western social scientists do not understand is that their various “postisms” such as postmodernism are not “post” but in essence pre modernism with customized theories instead of grand generalized theories. The only section among the western academics who still believe (it is nothing more than a belief) in grand theories are a species called Theoretical Physicists who still look for a grand unified theory a la Einstein. Theoretical Physicists led the way in western science from the time of Newton to that of Einstein but very soon they will become the laughing stock who will have to be hung with the strings in their superstring theories. The western knowledge has no solutions to the problems and hence the westerners try to manage problems whether in Medicine or Politics. The west has now given up meta narratives and are limited to what I would call petite narratives. The postmodernists and others with similar views could be thinking that politics is determined by ordinary family feuds and other such petite affairs but unfortunately for them there is a meta narrative that governs world politics, namely the end of WCM.
The trouble with epistemology in WCM is that they grabbed generalized abstract theories as a means of explaining the world, which is nothing but creating the world, instead of taking a middle path where relativism and meta narratives could stand side by side. The world created by us is relative to our sense organs (panchendriya) culture and the mind. Thus knowledge is relative but at the same time there are meta narratives. The meta narratives should not be considered as absolute truths as they are also created by us, the above meta narrative on creation of knowledge being also a creation, in this case in the Sinhala Buddhist Chinthanaya. The west having grabbed the meta narrative and absolute generalized theories now finds itself in the position of the proverbial cat that excreted on the stone. The western knowledge system has failed miserably and it is revealed in Gödel’s incomplete theorems in Mathematics that show that Western Mathematics does not have a solid foundation in a formal sense.
The above brief summary on the status of western knowledge is given in order to expose the belief of some pundits in our country that the west will not attack Sri Lanka in the near future. Most of these people are reductionists and they cannot find a reason as to why the west would attack Sri Lanka. We do not have oil or any other so called resources and the pundits who go by the western knowledge that has been imparted to them come to the conclusion that there is no possibility of the west attacking us. They think of colonialism as arising doing to economic factors and of politics that depend on economics. Though they do not say so, they do not envisage an attack by the west claiming responsibility to protect the interests of Tamils in the country.
If people always express what they have in mind there is no need for “speculation” in politics or day to day life in general. When Robert Blake wants Sri Lanka to investigate so called war crimes or words to that effect he has not said the whole truth as they say. What he wants in effect is for Sri Lanka to admit that there have been war crimes especially during the last stages of the operations in May 2009, and also to identify Messrs. Mahinda Rajapakse and Gotabahaya Rajapakse as war criminals. Until Sri Lanka does that USA and the rest of the west will apply pressure on us by way of various commissions, committees, resolutions, economic blockades etc. They together with India will demand a solution to the so called ethnic problem going beyond the thirteenth amendment that was forced on us by India. India may be our relative but sometimes one finds the worst adversaries among the relatives. Why is India interested in giving the Tamils in Sri Lanka a prominence that is not given to the Buddhists in India? No Buddhist has become the President, more importantly the Prime Minister of India. How many Buddhists have been appointed over the last sixty four years since India was given independence? On the other hand Tamils in Sri Lanka are much more privileged than the Tamils in India. Sri Lanka is the only country in the world where one can obtain a degree in the Tamil medium. In fact in Sri Lankan universities, not only in the Universities in the northern and eastern provinces, it is possible to write a thesis in Tamil medium for a higher degree. Tamil is an official language in Sri Lanka while it is not so in India. Hindi is the only official language in India and outside Tamil Nadu Tamil is not even recognized. In India Buddhists are a neglected lot, and the Brahmins who rule India despise the Sinhalese mainly because the latter have managed to protect Buddhism for more than two thousand three hundred years at all odds.
The westerners pretend to support the Tamils based on the propagated myth that the Tamils are discriminated by the Sinhalas without any substantial proofs. We are made to understand that the Tamils who are discriminated have campaigned in the west very efficiently and effectively to such an extent that the western governments have been convinced of the allegations by the Tamils. The world opinion is made by the western media and they propagate only what they want. Their main interest is the hegemony of WCM and it is the western media, western intellectuals and western politicians who act in unison to decide on what to propagate and what not to propagate. Occasionally there would be a Watergate when somebody has to be replaced for the sake of maintaining the hegemony of WCM. The current interest of the Channel Four and some media over the killing of unarmed Osama bin Laden should not be taken seriously as it will die a natural death unlike the interest of western media in the so called war crimes in Sri Lanka. The west needs this type of criticism of their own actions in order to convince themselves and the rest of the world that there is so called democracy and freedom of the press in the west, and also to replace someone who has become an obstacle to the maintenance of the hegemony of WCM. The media know their limits and they would never try to overstep in their criticisms against the governments. The west also maintains people such as Chomsky who is not known to the average American in order to show to the world that there is freedom for the intellectuals to champion their views heard more by the rest of the world than by the Americans themselves. Hilary Clinton the state department boss would not have been brought to limelight if not for the Monica – Bill activities in the oval room, and the Clinton family would have been poorer if not for Monica Lewinsky.
It was the western media that created and inflated the so called plight of the Tamils and not the other way around. The Tamils on their own could not have penetrated the western media if not for the latter picking them as an instrument to attack the Sinhala Buddhists. We must remember that it was first the Dutch and then the English who created a Tamil ethnic group and then Tamil racism in Sri Lanka. They did that in order to weaken if not destroy the Sinhala Buddhist culture just as much the west established a Jewish state in Palestine to weaken if not destroy the Palestinian nationalism. Sri Lanka may not have oil but has a rich culture and a Chinthanaya that is a challenge to WCM and Greek Judaic Chinthanaya. It is this culture and the chinthanaya that the west wants to destroy if possible, and Tamil racism and terrorism are only tools that were created nurtured and sponsored by the Dutch, the English and now by the Americans who are the present leaders of WCM. I have described this in detail elsewhere and some of these can be found in the website http://www.kalaya.org. For more than five hundred years the western forces have been plotting against the Sinhala Buddhist culture in addition to exploiting us economically.The colonialism of WCM has three interdependent components economical, political and cultural. The western pundits and their henchmen and henchwomen here who are nothing but infertile imitators forget the cultural component. Only a few writers such as Huntington in the west have recognized the threat from challenges to cultural colonialism. Of course they do not mention cultural colonialism but talk of clash of civilizations, as if civilizations are going to clash on their own without any reason. The bankrupt western reductionist theories that try to reduce politics to economics for the benefit of the westerners and to deceive their imitators in the rest of the world have to be exposed going back to the epistemology of western knowledge.
The west has failed even after employing terrorism through Prabhakaran, whom they could not rescue even after applying pressure on the Sri Lankan government to go beyond the thirteenth amendment. The west then attempted to use the so called diaspora or the exodus Tamils in their countries, however they could not foresee that the exodus had no existence independent of Prabhakaran. This is the main difference between LTTE and Al Qaeda that has an existence independent of Osama bin Laden. The west realized only towards the end of the operations that they were losing together with Prabhakaran and the LTTE, and they soon brought the white flag story and Sarath Fonseka to the forefront. Now having failed that too the west has no alternative but to get involved directly and Ban Ki-moon, Robert Blake and the state Department under Hilary Clinton are working overtime on this last project. There may be another so called international commission to prepare the ground for a humanitarian attack in the name of responsibility to protect the Tamils claiming massacres, depriving human rights etc., of Tamils and we will have to suffer as Libya does when it happens. The west could even prop up a tiny group of Tamil Christians in Sri Lanka to agitate against the Sri Lankan government so that they could invade Sri Lanka under the guise of protecting various rights of the group, with or without taking economic measures. Whatever the mechanism may be the invasion will not be due to the love of Tamils but in order to destroy the Sinhala Buddhist culture which is a threat to WCM. We have to prepare for this so called humanitarian attack from this moment and the government should be ready with a plan to face any eventuality. I would not say that culture is over determined following bankrupt Althusar terminology, but at present the cultural component is more important than the economical component of western Christian colonialism.

වැඩිදුරටත් කරුණු දැක්වූ එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ සංවිධානයේ රුසියානු නියෝජ්‍ය තානාපති ඇලෙක්සැන්ඩර් පැන්කින් අනතුරු හඟවා ඇත්තේ සිරියාවේ අභ්‍යන්තර කටයුතුවලට පක්ෂපාතී ලෙස අතදැමීම හා පැළැස්තර විසඳුම් ලබාදීමට ඉදිරිපත්වීම නිසාම කලාපීය ආරක්ෂාවට තර්ජනයක් ඇති වන අතර මෙය දිගින් දිගට සිදුවීම සිවිල් යුද්ධයක් කරා වුව යොමු වීමට ඇති ඉඩකඩ ඇති බවයි.
මේ අතර ලිබියානු ගැටලු පිළිබඳව අදහස් දැක්වූ රුසියානු විදේශ කටයුතු ඇමැති සර්ජි ලැවිරොව් ප්‍රකාශ කළේ බ්‍රිතාන්‍යයේ හා ප්‍රංසයේ වත්මන් සැලැස්මට අනුව යුද උපදේශකයන් ලිබියාවට යැවීම එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ ආරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ බල සීමාවෙන් ඔබ්බෙහි පවතින තත්ත්වයක් බවත් ඒ ක්‍රියාවලිය මඟින් මුළු ලෝකයම අවසානයක් නොමැති යුද්ධයකට ඇද දැමීමක් සිදුවන බවත් ය.
ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට එරෙහිව මතභේදාත්මක දරුස්මාන් වාර්තාව පිළිබඳව අදහස් දැක්වූ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ රුසියානු තානාපති වැල්දිමීර් පී.මිඛයෙලොව් පවසා ඇත්තේ වාර්තාව සැකසූවන් තම සීමාව ඉක්මවා කටයුතු කර ඇති අතර එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ සංවිධානයේ වගකීම වන්නේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ වේදනාව සමනය කරනවා වෙනුවට තවත් පෑරීම නොවන බවයි. එසේම බටහිර මාධ්‍ය එල්.ටී.ටී.ඊ.යට පක්ෂපාතී ලෙස ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ මානුෂික මෙහෙයුම පිළිබඳ වාර්තා කළ බවයි. එම මාධ්‍යායතනවල ව්‍යවස්ථාවලට ගැළපෙන පරිදි ඒකපාර්ශ්වික වාර්තා සැපයීම කොතරම් ද යත් ලොව පුරා එවැනි මෙහෙයුම් පිළිබඳ ඒකමිතික පිවිසුමක් ප්‍රකට කරන්නට අසමත් වී ඇති බවද ඔහු පැවසී ය.

Warplanes bomb Gaddafi’s birthplace
On Saturday, airstrikes struck several civilian targets in Sirte, a Mediterranean city located 360 kilometers (225 miles) east of Tripoli, which is the birthplace of the 68-year-old Libyan ruler, AFP quoted a report issued by Libya’s state-run Jana news agency as saying.
Foreign forces launched airstrikes against Libya after officials of a number of countries meeting in Paris on Saturday ordered a large-scale military intervention into the country in order to end the assaults on civilians launched by Gaddafi’s forces.
Representatives of the United States, Britain, France, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar attended the meeting.
There have been reports that French warplanes have begun firing on Libyan government troops in the eastern city of Benghazi, which is the stronghold of anti-government forces.
The French intervention came after forces loyal to the Libyan ruler began closing in on revolutionaries in eastern Libya, despite a ceasefire declared by Gaddafi on Friday.
In addition, US and British forces fired a barrage of at least 110 Tomahawk cruise missiles at Libya targeting Gaddafi’s air defenses on Saturday. The missiles reportedly struck pro-government forces.
Speaking to reporters in Brazil, US President Barack Obama said Washington is united with its international partners on the need to take action.
“Our consensus was strong and our resolve is clear. The people of Libya must be protected, and in the absence of an immediate end to the violence against civilians, our coalition is prepared to act and act with urgency,” he said.
Libyan anti-government forces, inspired by revolutions that toppled authoritarian rulers in neighboring Tunisia and Egypt, are fighting to unseat Gaddafi after suffering under his despotic rule for over 41 years.

Mullen: US not after Gaddafi ouster
Mullen, the US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made the remarks during an interview with Fox News on Sunday.
“This is not about going after Gaddafi himself or attacking him at this particular point in time,” Mullen said.
“We’re in a situation now that what we do will depend to some degree on what he does.”
The remarks come as US and European forces have unleashed massive airstrikes and cruise missile attacks on oil-rich Libya.
Mullen also noted that Western forces have launched the attack on Libyan territories in a bid to protect the civilian population.
“It is about achieving these narrow and relatively limited objectives so that he stops killing his people and so that humanitarian support can be provided.”
Missiles are reported to have hit the Tripoli airport and targets in the western city of Misratah. Nineteen US planes, including three B2 stealth bombers, took part in a dawn raid.
Scores of people, many of them civilians, were killed in the attacks.
With the Western allies pounding targets in Libya from the air, clashes continue on the ground between Gaddafi troops and revolutionary forces.
Gaddafi troops have entered the center of Misratah with tanks. Several people have been killed in the clashes. They are said to have been shot by snipers.
Misratah residents also say Gaddafi forces are using boats to blockade the city’s port in order to prevent aid boats from reaching it.
Libyan soldiers are fighting to re-take cities seized by the revolutionary forces.
China, Russia, Arab League and the African union have condemned the strikes.
Meanwhile, Gaddafi has promised retaliation, saying he will open arms depots to the masses to fight the US and its Western allies.
